Through the practice of yoga, I’ve learned how to move my body in unison with my breath. Teaching yoga energizes me as I get to help people feel that connection of breath to body too.
I’ve had my share of injuries and even a baby, but my yoga mat has always been there for me to move as much as I can and really listen carefully to what my body needs. This has helped me to listen and learn what my students need. Every class is prepared with the student’s need in mind.
All my courses are designed from 5-10 week programs depending on the group.

Mum and Baby
Based on the Birthlight Baby Yoga Method and my early years of teaching playgroups through different methods, mums and bubs will learn baby massage, gentle post natal yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Simple songs and rhymes are used to help you practice at home together as a family. Mums are welcome to feed, change and snuggle with babies in class as they need!
Based on the Radiant Child Yoga methods in combination with music, art therapy and mindfulness tools, these classes are designed to encourage children to explore their emotions and their bodies as they grow. It’s not always easy to express everything we feel and yes, shouting and whispering is encouraged in yoga!
Yoga for Teens
Having co taught a mindfulness yoga course at Hong Kong International School since 2014, I’ve developed a deep love for connecting with our young minds. Yoga for teens aims to work with students’ growing pains both physical and emotional as they mature into their own power and person. You can expect a more present teen at home when the course is over!
Yoga for Adults
Looking for something outside of a packed yoga studio? My yoga for adult classes are small groups only with no more than 6 in a group, I can give to each client what they need and the group stretches together. You can be sure to expect a deeply relaxing savasana at the end of every class.
Having kicked off office yoga previously at lululemon athletica, GAP/OldNavy/Banana Republic and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, these classes are gentle and target the key areas office people experience; wrist pain, sore necks and low back pain. It’s the perfect way to give your staff a break with simple tools they can apply to their work space and make them feel taken care of and perform better.

Take your workout onto the water!
There is a presence that occurs naturally when you take your practice onto the water. You don’t think about what you can’t do and you just do what you can do, you get so focused and present by practicing on a board and in nature. It’s the perfect way to become more fluid in your practice.
